Meet Erin, the investor!

Money & finances were never my strong suit. I had a hard time making it and saving it, but boy was I great at spending it! I lived paycheck to paycheck my entire life up until I had been in my RE career for a bit. I spent the majority of what I made and filed Bankruptcy in 2012 because I was too much underwater in medical bills and some credit card debt. This was after I paid off 40k in student loans for my half/way education in Fashion.

After my BK I was determined to take full advantage of my "fresh start". I started listening to podcasts and read books about money, money mindset and finances.

My Real Estate journey started in 2013. I was recruited from Radio to becoming a Realtor. I bought my first rental (an SFR out of state) in 2016. I continued buying rentals and bought my first multi-family which was a 16 unit apartment building out of state. I closed on that about a week before the country was shut down for the pandemic in March of 2020 - great timing! I thought I had made the worst decision ever! I continued to buy larger assets and then got into larger multi-family deals along with mobile home parks and syndications. I currently own over 250 doors across multiple states.
